Great hospitality and excellent service from all staff. the location is ideal for exploring the nearby area by train. the hotel offers a wonderful Japanese cultural experience, including comfortable traditional rooms and a delicious seasonal feast.
The hotel was slightly outdated in terms of decor, but still well maintained. the lack of English signage and communication was sometimes a challenge for non-Japanese speakers.

The hotel had a good location in the city, close to the train station and lots of restaurants. The room was comfortable and the staff was friendly. Plus, the breakfast buffet was included in the price of the room.
The hotel isn't well soundproofed. We were woken up by noise from the street early in the morning.
